An Admin has to say that you are capable of transforming (u will detransform if ur power level reaches under minimum pl level needed to transform and all effects r the same so just look at the saiyin effects to find out what effect u have)
Super Saiyan 1 - PL must be 75,000 to transform. To stay in this form for ever your base PL must be 10,000. x5 all stats
Super Saiyan Control - a person can only stay super saiyin for a certain amount of time during battle it really depends on ur base powerlevel and u cant go up to the next level untill u have reached the power level neede to stay in super saiyin(same with every other race power level goes down faster by 1.5 times all attacks pl usage same as strength)
Ascended Super Saiyan - PL must be at 200,000 to transform. x6 all stats except speed.( cannot use this with super saiyin level 2 and up)
Super Saiyan 2 - Base PL must be 150,000 to transform. x10 all stats, 15,000 to stay in form (pl decreases 2 times normal amount)
Super Saiyan 3 - Base PL must be 300,000 to transform. x15 all stats ,30,000(pl decreases 4 times normal rate)
Super Saiyan 4 - Base PL must be 500,000 to transform. x20 all, cannot stay in this form because to powerful to control (pl decreases 10 times normal rate)
Aliens & Changlings
Form 1 - PL must be 85,000 to transform. To stay in this form for ever your base PL must be 11,000. x5 all stats
Form 2 - Base PL must be 200,000 to transform. To stay in this form for ever your base PL must be 18,000. x10 all stats
Form 3 - Base PL must be 300,000 to transform. To stay in this form for ever your base PL must be 35,000. x15 all stats
Ultra Form - Base PL must be 500,000 to transform. x20 all stats

Chou Human - PL must be 90,000 to transform. To stay in this form for ever your base PL must be 11,000. x5 all stats
Bai Human - Base PL must be 175,000 to transform. x10 all stats
Juubeh Human - Base PL must be 300,000 to transform. x15 all stats
Super Human - Base PL must be 500,000 to transform. x20 all stats
Super Namek - PL must be 85,000 to transform. To stay in this form for ever your base PL must be 10,500. x5 all stats
Super Namek Spirit - Base PL must be 150,000 to transform.
Hyper Namek - Base PL must be 300,000 to transform. x15 all stats
Super Hyper Namek - Base PL must be 500,000 to transform. x20 all stats
